Some of the data in the Partner Portal is cached for a period of time to improve application performance. If you want to see the most recent data, you can manually clear the application cache. This action only clears the cache for the browser you are currently using.

To clear the application cache:

  1. Open the Preferences page from the top menu in the Partner Portal.


  1. Click Clear Cache.
  2. After the action completes, close the Preferences page.
