Access to the Partner Portal is by invitation only. At the appropriate stage of the engagement process, you will receive an email invitation to activate an account in the portal. This invitation expires after 7 days.
If you believe you were sent an invitation but you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder and make sure to allow the following email addresses:
After you receive the email invitation:
- Click the link in the email to activate your account and log in to the portal.
- Optional: Add additional contacts and portal users in your organization on the User Management page.
If you cannot find the invitation email or if it has expired, send an email to your PEM to request a replacement email invitation.
